Whenever I make a big move in business - hiring, planning, strategy - I ask myself one thing:

It didn’t replace my judgment - it sharpened it.

One candidate I really liked? The bot flagged them as too corporate for what I actually needed in a Head of Growth. It explained why, based on how my business runs. And it was right.
