I had been working as an online business manager and tech VA for twenty plus years.

The minute I saw ChatGPT, I could see a million different ways that it could benefit my clients. And basically within two weeks of completing the training, I was hired as an AI consultant. Just by branding myself, I could elevate my prices because I was doing more consulting rather than strict builds, but it didn’t change the prices for the existing clients.

I grandfathered all of my clients in, but then they started to refer me out more because they had people coming to them, ‘Oh, you’re doing AI? Who’s helping you with that?’ So it did lead to an explosion in the business. Hello, I'm Denisa and I'm one of the students of AI Consultancy Certificate course that I took this April.

And yeah, before taking the course I was working as a UX designer in one startup and I was kind of seeing all this news about AI and how it's going to transform the way we work or how the company are working. And I was really struggling to find one place where I could get some like a basic overview of how the AI is going to transform, you know, like all the, all the departments or all these areas that every company has.

So I was following Darius Lucas on Instagram and one day I got an email that he is opening a course for AI consultants. So I got interested because this was kind of what I was looking for. So I decided to join the program to learn more about AI. And yeah, it was great because we were basically touching all the areas from marketing and customer experience and social media and creating like all these videos and we were shown all the tools that you can use today and we were also doing some kind of homework or exercise. And one of the exercises helped me actually choose the area that I was interested in. We had to choose our niche.

And since I was working as a UX designer, the closest area that I was interested in was customer experience. And there's a lot of things where AI and automation can help. So after I finished the course I decided to find someone who can show me how to build AI powered chatbots and to learn a little bit more about this area. And I started to be interested in becoming customer experience AI consultant for like small companies and businesses. So I found one mentor who was teaching me how to create this chatbot. And now it's been one month and a half where I decided to look for a client and I got two clients. So far I'm still kind of starting, so I'm learning a lot. It's amazing to see how you can actually speed up the business of someone and make someone more money with, with the chat button and with automation. So so far I'm really happy I took the course. I would also recommend it to my friends just in case they want to know more, maybe they want to deep dive into, in the AI and they, they are thinking about becoming an AI consultant because it's something that will be very much needed and I see the demand of small businesses and of the people who are looking for AI experts.

So I would really recommend to start with this course that will basically show you what is possible, will take you through all the areas you can ask questions and everything. Earlier this year, I got let go from my digital marketing job and I had two options. Either I keep grinding in possibly one of the hardest grueling job markets in recent years, or take a risk and create my own job. I chose the latter. Why? Well, I turned 50 this year and let's be honest, age bias in hiring is pretty real. But I got a family to support, so sitting around wasn't really an option.

However, I do tend to procrastinate a little bit and I needed something I could work on quickly that I couldn't overthink on or find excuses to put off. Hi, I'm Danielle. Before I started the AI consultant program I really had no idea as to the, the large number of AI tools that were available for entrepreneurs and you know, really how I could develop and use my knowledge of AI and make it into a business. And I've been able to do that.

You know, it's one of the things that made me want to join the program was I was working in academia and I really wanted to have the freedom and the autonomy to sort of plan my day and live my life on my terms. And so I left my 9 to 5 job and started a AI agency. I think the biggest shift for me is just realizing that there is so much that you. We can do with AI. It's such an amazing tool and I see it as a. It's not going to, you know, people shouldn't be scared of using AI. It's there to help us, it's there for us to collaborate with. And I think that's for me has been a really big shift as well.

I've got my first big client and I'm going to be doing some automations for him. Also some deadly reactivation stuff. Totally recommend the program for anyone who is wanting to start, you know, maybe develop your knowledge of. Further develop your knowledge of AI, maybe start up your own AI business. There are so many different areas that you can go into. It's amazing. I think the important thing is to actually you just, you need to make a start. There were so many ‘aha!’ moments throughout the workshop. Honestly, the value is insane. I've made my money back in 1-2 client tasks. Honestly, I didn’t realise how much time I was wasting until I did Bogdan’s GPT workshop. I used to spend ages re-training GPTs for each client, and it was a bit of a headache. Now, I've got custom GPTs that actually remember each brand’s tone of voice, so I’m not constantly redoing the same work. I even built one for myself, and it’s speeding up my book writing by at least 10x (yes, that’s real). Plus, I’ve created a little coach GPT that helps me stay on track and even plans my meals based on my goals—seriously, life-changing stuff.

Bogdan really knows his stuff, but what I love most is how open he is about everything he’s learned. There are no secrets or holding back. His advice is solid gold—underpromise, overdeliver—that’s now my mantra. There were so many ‘aha!’ moments throughout the workshop.

If you’re on the fence, just do it. Whether you run an agency or just want to work smarter, it’s a no-brainer.

The biggest benefit has been in prompting me to figure out what our first product in the AI space is going to be and how it should be supported and priced. There is so much going on in the marketplace, and the community helped me identify complementary tools to use in the AI space. I feel a sense of community when I attend meetings to find out what is going on

Before I joined the program, I was struggling with clarity or not. I was going to be using my new AI skills to help with sort of my clients. And then when I joined, I found out that you had to meet people where they're at and of course, as first off, conduct an AI readiness assessment. And that helped as well with making a plan for that implementation and then helping where I could with the implementation after that, and if not, finding somebody who could help them.

So, you know, my biggest takeaways were like, you know, finding your T zone area of genius and kind of like focusing on like a repeatable process. And some of the projects I was able to work with were kind of like streamlining, onboarding, clients to. To a YouTube podcast and just kind of like smoothing process and making sure, you know, they had everything they need. They gave all the information and they added it to their calendar, and then they can just kind of follow up afterwards. So that was quite good. Another one was, you know, re-purposing our report using Notebook LLM and then creating a podcast and then afterwards dividing that into smaller bits of information that could be repurposed in social media.

So those were all quite good. Using different skills, but also learning how you can use them for other people as well. And then if I was gonna. And then, of course, like, the combination of all this was I was asked to join the Global Advisory Council on AI, which was a privilege and kind of like working on improving things, especially with ethical AI.

And so if I was telling a friend about this program, I told them to definitely join because it gives them ways to quickly start working and in ways that would beneficial to them and the client. The clients are wishing it to attract!

Hi, my name is Rao, Rao Varugesh. I wanted to share with you that I've been always wanting to set up my own Company, an AI agency in this case.

And after working for 30 years in many different industries with different companies, I have acquired a lot of this transformational consulting knowledge. But I really don't know how to start. And here came. And then there was one bigger struggle and came Darius AI consultancy sessions. And I really, really enjoyed it because it was grounded, it was practical, it was actionable, and I understood the simplifications. And I like all the tools that was presented because it really hit the core of what the problems that we wanted to resolve. So when I looked at it, that made me, hey, let's join this program, see what's up there.

So I joined this program and my goal is that, can I do this? And boy, I was. Boy was right. I was able to do this. I've started that company and got registered. And as I was talking to customers, the second version came out and boy, that was really good. It was really talking how do you talk to the customer and how do you relate them? Sometimes you can see you're excited and you want to share more, you want to do more without even thinking about the financial side of it. And this program really got me into how do I get the talking points grounded Talking points, How do I grade into when do I bill and how do I bill our customers and when do I walk away and saying, look, you guys have not figured out what you want. Maybe you don't have the funding yet, maybe you want to sort that out. That was a bit of something that I've learned in the past, but I also think it is very relevant. And this program really got me in there. So that was version two.

So now I'm already talking to clients. I'm getting leads as well. I'm getting some income to this. It is something that I've started very small, but I think it's growing very big because I know how to brand myself, how to talk to people. And this last two versions really, really help to boost my confidence. And what I did another way is that I was able to talk to people with confidence and conviction. And I told them, hey, I am a certified AI consultant. And this really helped us. And by the way, if you're thinking about starting something similar, like me, you don't have to go far.

Look, look back at Darius Lucas Academy programs and they will give you guidance. Simplified, yet effective. It is not complex. It is very direct and gives you practical reasons. And this is what I think. You will benefit from it. And it's also that it has a lot of nuggets and tips and it comes a lot of those things that comes to you and you think, hey, you know what? I am recommending the AI consultant certification for anyone who's interested in learning. AI consultants is. It's really good and it is being continually adapted as AI keeps changing and improving, so is the course being improved. But I'm still going back over the earlier iterations to go through some of the detail that was in there because it's been excellent with great presenters. Bogdan Laura because of the course, I started to originally be like an AI advisor to certain people and to certain companies, but now I'm actually going from more advisory to more what I would call consulting. When you're more helping to consult in the actual creation process instead of originally I was just going in and helping automate certain parts or if there was a problem, they'd say, well, how would AI fix this? And then you would show them away. The course materials really helped with that, like finding the right platforms and finding the best tools because there's so many AI tools around that you can go and grab something that's not right and be using it. Then you found out that you can find something that would have been more, you know, better use cases and actually cheaper. So I'm now consulting on a online business training platform and I'm on a retainer with them using the AI properly and using the way the methods laid out in the consultancy taught by people who have actually worked in business. And yeah, just hopeful to. So I'm going to keep learning. I think I'm going to go back and learn some of the earlier modules, but it's best to do the live session so you can get to ask the questions in the moment. But then if you go back and look over the, the recordings, the, the knowledge is good. The level of knowledge, learning, understanding, and also path to development is very good. I can't recommend it enough!

Hi, my name is Antonio, I'm just giving a brief testimony about using AICC. So I came in with an ideas but I didn't have like any real system for how to turn those tools into actual change. Someone's needed. And so the Dream Framework audit, that was definitely a game changer. So I was actually was talking to use that with one of my co workers. And so we have what we call a SKU builder, which is basically we dealt out from products for, for some of our clients. And so she was manually creating those SKUs. And so after, you know, talking with her, we did like a little workflow and I kind of went back and forth. I use Chat GPT, then I use Google Gemini. And so we were able to build out a SKU builder. And so that went from her having days creating SKUs to being to create those in minutes. And she loved it. And so now she was like she's ready to take it to the next level. And that was just like a test audit. And so now we got some new clients that we're testing those out with. But then also from that I was able to get another client who he wants to do an RFP request for a proposal project. And so now we're working on that being able to build something out for them as well to where people can go to the site and implement. And so like I said, the tools that I learned from this program were definitely helpful. I definitely implemented them, definitely used it for some of my pricing structures. So like I said, it's definitely saving me time and definitely giving me a lot more clients. So I would definitely recommend AICC who's interested in it.

I was struggling with time management and felt like I was always behind. Too much clutter. Now it helps me to think more logic. Now I changed the way I approach my daily tasks, especially in automating processes like my emails (now AImails).
